Full retrofit of a Grade II listed building, formerly used as a commercial premises with a single residential unit into three energy efficient apartments and one smaller ground floor commercial unit that connects with the high street.  The single floor rear volume of the existing building. which was built in the 1960s has been fully upgraded and given a new identity, which contrasts elegantly with the existing brickwork of the Garde II listed building.
