The proposal consisted in a full building refurbishment with restoration of key architectural features within the Georgian period property. Formerly used as an office space, the building was converted into five carefully designed residential units over three floors. The property is set within the historic market town of St. Ives on the bustling thoroughfare of Crown Street.
