​Interior design proposal lead by Daniel Burston (Inhabit Lab) whilst working under Luis Erazo at Lázaro Rosa Violán Studio in Barcelona. The project centered on the Food & Beverage spaces (Main Restaurant, Long Bar, Patisserie of the newly restored historic Hotel Europejski, which reopened in 2018.
