Full retrofit of an old commercial unit into a spacoius two bedroom ground floor apartment. The old storefront is replaced with a contemporary entrance door with screening that gives the apartment a new character, whilst providing privacy from the street. The large open plan living space has been placed strategicially to the back of the plan and opens out on to the beautiful rear courtyard.
